Designed specifically to maximize comfort KW V2 Comfort coilovers provide a subtle lowering with adjustable ride height and rebound damping adjustability allowing the handling or the comfort to be individually tailored as desired via the integrated rebound adjustment knobs. KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer the perfect compromise of driving dynamics and ride comfort.

With the KW V2 Comfort coilover kit, your comfort-oriented driving pleasure is the main focus. That’s why our test engineers evaluate the setups on numerous highways, country roads with various road surface types. The KW V2 Comfort coilover kits are suitable for all drivers who want to combine the joy of a decent lowering with driving comfort. With the 16-click adjustable rebound damping (TVR-A-technology), you can tune the KW dampers on the KW V2 Comfort coilover kits to me more comfortable or more sporty.

As a result, the KW V5 with adjustable KW SPCLH-A (KW Solid Piston Compression Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) compression damping and the KW SPRLH-A (KW Solid Piston Rebound Low- and Highspeed Adjustable) rebound damping offers significant added value: more sensitive damping, cavitation-free function , high-frequency damping, low-pressure gas range from 6 to 10 bar and low hysteresis.

TVR-A rebound damping:

The two-stage patented “TVR-A” technology enables the low volume flows to flow throuah an adjustable conical low-speed bypass at slow damper speeds and, at higher piston speeds, the main rebound valve opens for the large volume flows. This results in a significant increase in driving comfort without affecting the high speed in the safety-relevant area. 16 exact clicks are available for the individual setting, so that a decision can be made between more comfort or more body control.

Stepless lowering

The KW V2 Comfort coilovers, made using “inox-line” stainless steel technology, enables a vehicle-specific lowering within the tested adjustment range of 10 to 40 mm. Built with paramount attention to detail and using only the highest quality components, the stainless steel KW V2 Comfort coilover struts are 100 percent corrosion-resistant and have an unlimited lifespan. The dirt resistant trapezoid shaped threads and the adjustable composite spring seat mean that the ability to adjust the ride height of the vehicle will not be affected even after many years of driving allowing you to emphasize the sportiness of your vehicle visually.

As with all KW coilovers our engineers develop vehicle specific damper settings which undergo comprehensive testing on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in our KW 7-post Driving Dynamic Test Center.
