SPRING TYPES AND FUNCTION
The Eibach Replacemen Line, which includes the most common types of suspension springs, allows replacement of the OEM-quality standard springs for a lower aftermarket price.
CYLINDRICAL SPRINGS
Cylindrical axle springs are probably the most classic design of the coil spring and are primarily found in double wishbone systems and related designs.
SIDE LOAD SPRINGS, KMP SPRINGS
Minblock springs were explicitly designed for the rear axle, where they can best show their advantages. Its extremely compact, barrel-shaped design allows vehicle designers more freedom when designing the luggage compartment.

HELICAL COMPRESSION SPRINGS
Springs are the heart of the chassis and are still our most important product alongside the stabilizers.
Today, high-strength materials allow ever smaller installation spaces and lower weights, even for springs, and thus minimized unsprung masses while maintaining sufficient spring travel.
SECONDARY SPRING | STOP BUFFER
Often referred to as secondary springs or also as stop buffers, elastomer springs are used to achieve a highly progressive course of the system characteristic, usually at the end of the deflection.
We have access to an extensive range of standard products with different sizes and characteristics. In cooperation with our suppliers, we also offer special solutions in first-series quality.
STABILIZERS | ANTI-ROLL-BARS
Stabilizers, next to springs and dampers, are important functional suspension components, also being part of the unsprung mass.
Following our company philosophy “highest flexibility” we have developed our proprietary stabilizer CNC production technology. This provides enormous advantages, especially in smaller to medium production lots for prototypes and pre-production series as well as OEM manufacturers in the premium or sports car segments.
